Sales Manager
Everlai LLC, a U.S.-based importer and distributor specializing in high-performance architectural glass and furniture glass products, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our expanding business operations in the U.S. market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented professional with a background in sales, business, or a related field.
In addition to managing key client accounts and driving new business opportunities, the Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, and collaborate with international partners. Ideal candidates will have recent experience in a sales environment, preferably within the building materials, construction, or architectural glass industry.
Job description:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence; and
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- BA or 3 years of experience in sales position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in glass industry is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.
