Operation Manager
Everlai LLC, a U.S.-based importer and distributor specializing in high-performance architectural glass and furniture glass products, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our expanding business operations in the U.S. market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and hands-on professional with a strong background in operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
In addition to overseeing daily operational activities, the Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage logistics and order fulfillment, and collaborate closely with manufacturing partners and international teams. Ideal candidates will have recent experience in operations management, preferably within the building materials, construction, or international trade industries.
Job description:
- Accomplish glass product operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, planning monitoring, appraising and revising job contributions;
- Achieve operations objectives by contributing operation strategic plans and reviews;
- Prepare and complete glass products plan, productivity, quality and standards;
- Meet operation financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budget and analyze variables; and
- Develop operation system, develop, implement and enforce glad production policies and procedure.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- BA or 3 years of experience in operation position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in glass industry is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.
