-
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured through fully integrated in-house manufacturing facilities in China, combined with strict quality control systems aligned with international standards.
At the same time, we also work closely with certified factories and ensure all products meet the requirements of major markets, including North America and Europe. Each order is subject to detailed inspection before shipment to guarantee consistency and performance.
-
Do you provide customization for glass products?
Yes. We specialize in custom glass solutions tailored to project-specific requirements.
This includes dimensions, thickness, coatings (such as Low-E, heat reflective), safety specifications (tempered, laminated), and performance requirements such as thermal insulation or wind load resistance. Our team supports clients from technical consultation and specification development to final production.
-
How do you ensure product quality and compliance?
Quality and compliance are central to our operations.
All products are manufactured in accordance with internationally recognized standards and certifications, such as SGCC, IGCC, CE, CCC, and ISO. We maintain strict quality control throughout the entire process—from raw material sourcing to final inspection—and provide documentation upon request to support project approval and compliance.
-
How do you ensure safe packaging and prevent damage during shipping?
We maintain a dedicated in-house packaging department specializing in protective solutions for glass products.
All shipments are packed using custom-engineered wooden crates, reinforced structures, and protective interlayers designed to minimize movement and absorb impact during transit. By controlling the packaging process internally, we ensure consistent standards and greater reliability compared to outsourced solutions.
Combined with experienced logistics coordination and strict handling procedures, this allows us to significantly reduce the risk of damage and ensure products arrive in optimal condition.
